LIBERATION FELLOWSHIP CDC HOSTS COMMUNITY HEALTH DAY

Join the Technically Speaking Crew and Liberation Fellowship CDC on August 2, 2008 from 2:00 - 3:00 p.m. ET as we take technology to the streets! History's first ever live radio & web broadcast of a festival of this kind.

This live webcast featuring a QVC-style flea market is a Philly First. You can interact with flea market vendors, view their products and purchase their goods ONLINE or via phone. Extending the reach of Philly's businesses to the world; and encourage healthy citizens.

Liberation Fellowship CDC is sponsoring a Family Community Health Day on Saturday, August 2nd, at Hebron Tabernacle, 6630 Germantown Avenue in the Mt. Airy Section of Philadelphia, PA. There will be health screenings and information available about high blood pressure, asthma, and other illnesses threatening the African American community. Because the event includes the whole family, there will be activities for children of all ages.

There will be rides, face painting, tables available for flea market sales, free food and music. The goal of the day’s event is to promote community fellowship and health awareness in the greater Germantown area.

The all-day event begins at 11:00 a.m. and will conclude with an ecumenical prayer at 4:00 p.m. For more information about table reservations, contact Jerome Rogers at (267) 265-3006
